The King of Levantine Wine - Jascala from Galilee
This post will upset a lot of Levantines (I’m sorry in advance).
Last night my cousin Tyler came from the US after a long time of being away, and inspired by what Jesus said; “Everyone serves the good wine first, and then the inferior wine after the guests have become drunk", I decided to serve the best wine first. And that’s when we started serving Jascala, from Jish in Galilee.

I have always heard about Galilean wine and how good it is. But this one exceeded my expectations, by a lot. I always had a thing for Chateau Musar, but this one trumped it (I’m sorry Lebanese friends).
I have to be honest and say that it’s a bit pricey but we have to stand with our people living under the Israeli occupation, support their products and their resilience.

Much love to Jascala and the family behind it.
Cheers,
